Woman’s club to hold scholarship luncheon
The Kenwood Woman’s Club will be hold its annual Scholarship Awards Luncheon at 11:30 a.m., May 8, at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Madeira.
The scholarships will be presented to seniors graduating from several area high schools.
The Patty Bertsche Memorial Scholarship, given by the Walter Bertsche Family, will be presented to a woman who wishes to further her education at a certified school. Patty Bertsche was a long-time member of the Kenwood Woman’s Club. High school teachers, principals, counselors, parents, and the scholarship winners will attend the luncheon.
