Students pursing a master’s or doctoral degree in a nursing specialty are invited to apply for the Thomas Candler Scholarship.

The $1,500 one-year scholarship honors the founding member of the Quad-Cities Area Advance Practice Nurses and Physician Assistant Alliance.

Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or better, complete an application form, submit a 250-word essay and provide two letters of recommendation. The application deadline is June 1.
